Core Purposes

The foundational values of our church can be represented by six biblical objectives by which we gather inspiration and evaluate ourselves. Our overarching desire is to pleasure and delight in our great and gracious God loving Him totally and others sacrificially. Glorifying Him like this calls for our submission to His holy purposes not our religious ideas. In fact, we must always be prepared for God’s Word to screen and inform everything we’re doing. Therefore, while efficiency is doing things right, the prior and superior goal is effectiveness, which is doing the right things.

For us, doing the following "right things" both embraces our God-given DNA and puts into practice our 6 Point Vision:

1) An Every Member Ministry that results in greater breadth of service one to the other.

2) An Edifying, Preaching & Teaching Ministry that results in greater depth of growing in the Word of God.

3) A Caring and Sharing Fellowship that results in sacrifice and greater warmth of belonging.

4) Reverent and Relevant Worship that results in a magnified awe of God and our spiritual renewal.

5) Friendship Evangelism and Mercy that results in strengthening our witness to the lost and our compassion for the needy.

6) Prevailing Corporate Prayer that results in a healthy submission to the person, power and plan of God.
